Are these available? I'm about to start a game and would like to use spiked chain fighters, but I'll pass on that idea if there are no MW spiked chains in the game. Neat combo you've probably seen: sorceror casts Enlarge Person on two spiked chain fighters in the party fighters have the following feats: spiked chain proficiency, combat reflexes, combat expertise, improved trip this gives you two melee combatants with 15 foot reach, multiple attacks of opportunity, and free attacks on each successful trip attempt
Thanks for the quick reply. I only have the atari patches. Is the giant head quest in one of the CO8 patches? I haven't seen it on any of the walkthroughs. Thanks again.
It's in the Livonya's MOD. Intall these in this order. Do not uninstall or remove anything. Just do these steps. Install the Atari Official Patch2 -> http://www.atari.com/us/support/dl....ames.net/patches/toee/TOEE_USA_ANY-PATCH2.EXE Install the Co8 Fan Fixes 3.0.4 -> http://www.co8.org/files/patch/ToEE_Fan_Fixes_V3-0-4.zip * Extract the executable file from the zipped file and run the executable file. Install the Livonya's Beta 1.5.1 MOD -> http://files.co8.org/mods/Livonya's Beta 1.5.1 Mod Setup.exe * Save the file to your hard drive. After it is on your hard drive, then, run the executable and install this MOD. ** If you use the setup.exe version of Livonya's MOD, you do NOT need to add the single temple.dll fix as her MOD uses his temple.dll patched file. Reboot You can replace the ToEE.exe executable file with the no-cd fix executable file after the last reboot. * You can get the ToEE no-cd fix below. DOWNLOAD *** Temple of Elemental Evil v2.0 [ENGLISH] No-CD/Fixed EXE (V2.0 for ENGLISH ToEE) -> http://m0002.gamecopyworld.com/game...ntal_evil.shtml
You can also just use the console to spawn one. give 4210 Also, there's a holy (and therefore magic, and therefore masterwork) spiked chain in the Temple.
For the chain happy, there will be kytons (chain devils) in my mod meaning you'll actually get to fight or possibly team up with chain wielding fiends. the graphics are a bitch to get to look right though. but gah, the ETA for the Evil mod is a long ways off still.
I hate to burst your bubble, but in ToEE enlarge person does not increase the reach of weapons. It's a known bug.
Hmm. I made a pretty crappy ftr/wiz whose best trick was Enlarge Person and dual-wielding glaives. Then he was nasty! When the spell wore off, he still held both glaives, but only fought with one.
