I'm new here, so I apologize if this is in another thread. I searched, but could find nothing. I am running Patches 1&2, Fan Fixes 3-0-4, and Livonya's 1.5.1 (installed in that order). I am in the Moathouse, and when i try to take the stairs down into the dungeon, I get a CTD. I have tried a number of prior saves (the latest is in the Moathouse Tower encounter-free rest area), have disabled auto-save on map change, and tried to change different maps. It doesn't make a difference. I have tried clearing the map cache (following the procedure in 'Ted's Mod is HERE' thread), but can't figure out what else I can do. Advice or a link if this has been answered would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
Try different stairs maybe? You are going down the stair in the room with rats wandering around it? (assuming you didn't just murder them you fiend you). In the room to the NE (with the bandits) go in and round the corner and search. You should find a secret door AND a secret set of stairs. Try those.
Tried that...it worked! Thanks for the advice. And no, I didn't kill the rats. They were too cute. LOL
Yeah, on a good day they talk, and they sound like me :stoned: Sorry I forgot to mention the ogre at the bottom of the stairs :grin:
