    OK then, where is 1.4 or 1.3 or whatever? I'm willing to help in testing but need something to work with.

    I'm not the PM for this .. We don't really have a PM...

    I do know we have some people who are TESTING these fixes, and not merely just "playing their game and if they happen to be able to test something great"..

    (when it was a wide open test, we had lots of those... I had to beg for feedback)

    Plus, we're still pretty shaken from all the forum crashes/moving.. Once that settles down we'll be much more organized... (and looking for new blood... right now, theres too much of a mess)

    I'm in software development myself and the old adage of the more folks testing the more bugs will be uncovered is almost always true. You can never have enough eyes. I think the most important thing is that the people who are testing WANT a better game.

    Bhaerau, we're aiming for a public release this evening - not sure what time, but evening PST (forum time is GMT, which is 8 hours fast - try checking back around 4am forum time)

    ok, just a quickie

    First, I want to say a huge **THANK YOU- YOU MOD GUYS KICK ASS** to the circle of eight. Thanks for picking up the ball for the community and helping to make this game what it can be....

    Now, my question.....Is this fanfix just being released and test by a small number of people or is this a general public kinda thing? I (Like MANY others) are waiting for a patch and was wondering if the work being done here is available for download (right now, I mean). Any ideas?
