Regarding Righteous Might and Enlarge Person, I liked that a Cleric could have them active simultaneously for HUGE size. May we get this as a house rule at least?

    Thankee!

Has anyone had time to test the size changes in Temple + 1.96? I don't want to run the beta test too much longer...

I have got as far as Nulb with no issues, though I must admit I did not design a party specifically to test your changes and too early for Righteous Might yet.

If you've been using some amount of enlarge/reduce, that'd probably be sufficient. I'm confident I fixed the stacking part, so it's more the general effects of size changing where I'd worry about anomalies. The spells work the same way in that regard, so if you haven't noticed weirdness with enlarge person, presumably there would be an equal lack of weirdness with righteous might.

Have tested Enlarge Person separately, Enlarged animation is fantastic, Size penalty -1 to hit, Strength bonus +2 and dexterity penalty 0f -2 are all good. I tested spell with Masterwork Zweihander (proto 4492) and base damage was increased from 3d6 to 4d6 to reflect increased weapon size.

The enlarged character was only very occasionally able to pass through a normal size doorway. I think this is ToEE because you can exploit this cheat by attacking Lugbash with missile fire through the upper level door leading to his room.

I wouldnb't call it a cheat - if someone casts Enlarged Person and they are too big to go through a hallway, I would call it a consequence (though I acknowledge Lubash must have got in there somehow).

I always wanted to do a quest around Reduce Person - have a gap only someone reduced could get through, a la the rune quest in Jhelom in Ultima 6, but I never did...

Thanks for pointing this out Pygmy, this needs to be addressed. I'm assuming it's because radius gets modified too now.

I'll make the pathfinding use the base radius in its clearance calculations for now. That'll make it work like the base game for getting through the doorways.

You're clearly too big to just walk through, though (at least in the moat house). :p You'd need to be crawling or something. Unfortunately, that's hard to make happen with what we have.
