    I'm not on my computer, but there are a quite a few others besides Bonefiddle that aren't included, such as Shock and Awe.

    I guess the confusion comes from the fact that my friend did a fresh mod install and was able to have access to these spells, but I don't despite having Temple+ for years. All my friend did was download what I told them to, they didn't download anything extra.

    Not really a grey area, if we're going by 3.5e rules.

    Tieflings and Aasimar are Outsiders (with the Native subtype) and have martial proficiency.

    Furthermore, WotC provided a rules clarification (https://manuals.plus/m/65df41b5a58a2ba51571138b48d4bb82d383e3e12bf9a0ded41f0aef8affd895) that specifically stated they get Martial weapon proficiency.
