I go to where her location is marked on walkthrough maps but it's a brothel. First floor has a woman named Ophelia, and all the other inhabitants are prostitutes. I've checked all the other buildings and can't find Mona. I feel like every other quest I attempt has some sort of bug or unexplained changes. This is getting exhausting lol
I FOUND HER! She and Serena are standing out front of the inn. Also I'd like to point out that Screng is not where she's located on walkthrough maps. There's a merchant there selling East Asian type weapons at that location. Screng is in the building across from the brothel. Gonna leave the thread up in case anyone else goes in search of Mona or Screng.
