Cormyr - new module development [video]

New commit to dev:
* Fixed Goblin Underboss refused to wear Scimitar in one hand, due to Scimitar was medium size. Changed to small.
* Shiningted added wands:
{12850}{Used Wand of Cure Light Wounds}
{12851}{Used Wand of Identify}
{12852}{Used Wand of Mage Armour}
{12853}{Used Wand of Delay Poison}

 

He added *used* wands?


Aren't those just sticks you point at stuff and nothing happens?


I prefer *unused* wands so they do something useful

 

New commit 152 on dev "Map crash after Smash fixed":
* Fixed Smash was removing doors via OF_EXTINCT which led to CRASH on reload;
* Fixed inactive NPC were joining fight in Laboratory;
* Fixed Grease radius from 10 ft to 5 ft;

 

Holy hell, how did this go unnoticed until now??
Because it's beneficial to the player, I guess...
Did you change the particles to match?

 

Just to be clear, do you mean 5' radius or 5' diameter? 3.5's grease is a 10' square or a 5' radius/10' diameter.

 

Funny, right? It was not apparent without the grid.

I have not altered the particles for the Grease. It would probably annoy players a bit. Although Picker displays 10 ft circle correctly.

I just thought, that 20 ft Grease is overpowering, and not as useful as 10 ft would.

I would love if you guys could change the particles, or at least directed me how to do it.

 

That grease fix just robbed me of countless fights in my past playthroughs.
Check partsys, anatoliy, that might be where grease is.

 

New dev commit 153 - "Maug update"

* Updated Maug dialog to display Diplomacy rolls in History pane;
* Maug now recognizes Lab cleared state;
* Lab dameon handles Howler death into shattered_consts.GLOBAL_FLAG_HOWLER_KILLED;
* Lab dameon handles spawn death into shattered_consts.GLOBAL_FLAG_LAB_CLEARED;
* L6 redesigned;
* Shiningted Lab dialog fixes;

Overall first dungeon Lab is almost polished. One more item to go.
Working on Temple polish.

Pushed last commit for Beta 1. Next - publish Beta 1 release.
