Dungeons & Dragons Online (DDO) & Lord of the Rings Online (LOTRO) Free Quests for Now!

For the moment (and probably until the end of June of 2020), Dungeons & Dragons Online (DDO) and Lord of the Rings Online (LotRO/LOTRO) are giving away FREE DLC for most their zones/missions! Get these quest packs to access them on your account for life!

Download and run the installer. Getting the high resolution texture packs is optional and gigs more space, but it makes the game look better and newer instead of something from 2005ish.

Sign into a server. On DDO, my characters are on the Sarlona server! I've not played LOTRO enough to have picked a server!

On the main menu, choose Buy Account Upgrades (in the bottom right) then click Redeem Code on the window that appears.

Enter these codes in their respective games and click Apply or press Enter. (I'm unsure if case matters.) DDOfreequests

I can confirm this for DDO. I even created a new account with 1 character on one server (Thelanis) just to get all the free adventure packs yet again. I'm telling all the old players that are inactive now just to log in and snag what they don't have.

As near as I can tell, DDO is the only MMORPG that has the D&D label that is actually like D&D. Skip Neverwinter unless you like Guild Wars 2. (Railroad character development after you make a few class choices)
