    T+ will not affect Vanilla \ co8 files, it goes as separate mod, separate folder, etc. Why don't you install it it give it a try?

    Grid is Ok. But more useful is hex as gives greater access to moves and attackers per object.

    I beleive the grid in this mod is purely superficial, the map has a grid on it but the game engine pays no attention to the grid in any way... if we had artists who could improve the map images and remove the grid, the game would still play exactly the same way.

    I appreciate all the hard work that is put into Temple+, and I like all the bug fixes and corrections, but for now I am happy enough with NC.

    none of the additional races or classes interest me at all.

    @FDR4PREZ Only use the T+ new content if you want. The fixes come standard.

    I have not played in T+ yet is it a pain to get started? Does it require technical expertise from the user?

    In January I tried to play IWD2, and it really showed how awesome all you guys are for providing these mods. Just looting without the community loot feature was a real hassle. And the combat is horrifyingly bad. I gave up after lvl 5.

    Installing Temple+ is relatively pain free, it doesn't conflict or overwrite any already installed data, so it may be used in addition to any other ToEE mod without causing issues.

    Once installed, you first need to run the Temple+ configuration program, set the location of your ToEE installation and make any other optional choices you wish to implement and save your changes. Then you must use the Temple+ .exe file to launch the game from now on. It will check for and update to the most recent version every time you launch the game.

    Work in progress update 2020-04-26.

    After completed tiny module A Dark and Stormy Knight I decided to create another first level module - The_Shattered_Gates_of_Slaughtergarde_(3.5).pdf.

    It can be bought online - https://www.wargamevault.com/product/54405/The-Shattered-Gates-of-Slaughtergarde-35 for $12 now. Nice discount of 50%. Which I did actually.

    "Shattered" consists of three medium size map levels. I started with first one - Slaughtergarde Laboratory.
    The Laboratory has 18 Encounters, currently I'm on Encounter L13.

    Some of Encounters can be very easily created, for example today I created L13.
    The L13 - Lizard Lair has a new monster - Monitor Lizard. So I copied proto from Dire Lizard into new proto - 14896. Then then used self-developed ToEEZ.ProtoEd to configure proto fields, like Abilities, Saves, HP, AC, Natural Attack.

    For all encounters I use one of two following configurations:
    1) Floating message describing the Room. No dialog.
    2) Monsters are hidden and non-attacking. Dialog with "Promter" - special Narrator-like invisible NPC will begin. For example:
    Immediately Monsters are revealed.
    - Close // Monsters become hostile.

    In some cases I develop new conditions. For example it took a week to create new Sleeping condition - napping. Also it required T+ alterations - extending API of Python.

    Or recently I created and tested Howler's Quills Extraordinary ability. It took few days to create and test it, but it works now.

    Today I also extracted MASTER.DAT from Fallout 1 to seek what is called - Battle Cries. I'm considering adding such funny cries into this module.

    @anatoliy I was just mindlessly scrolling though a Pathfinder GM's group on Facebook and saw an advert for Alex Drummond who makes isometric maps for his Patreon subscribers, I don't know if he does private commissions to specific parameters (IE to fit ToEE's native isometric angle), or how much specific art would cost, or if perhaps he would be amenable to allow the use of his art in a ToEE mod showcasing his work for the appropriate artists credit, but I thought I would at least bring it to your attention.

    But frankly I like 2D. Moreover, amount of work for 3D would be too much for these projects.

    I've spent 20 days for a map, which can be play completed within max 2 hours.

    If the project would have at least 3-4 members it would be worth trying.
