Technically, the English speak English, and Americans (well, at least the ones that choose to do so) speak a subdialect of English, called American. Who woulda guessed?

Me, I study English Philology and with elements of
American Philology and Linguistics and yet my English
    sucks a$$*. :]

*Erm... Dunno if I'm allowed to use such "vulgar" vocabulary
    here, so it's censored. ;)

Just to confirm, this console code will change a CHARACTER alignment and not party?

Will changing a Paladin's alignment bar her from leveling as a Paladin on level up even if they started as such?

Yes, the "Y" number specifies which of the games party members will be affected by the alteration.

Altering a Paladin's alignment to a non-Lawful Good alignment will prevent levelling up as a Paladin in future.

I figured, thank you for the confirmation. I guess I'll be doing 6 Pala/Cleric rest from now on. To me paladins should just need to be dedicated to their cause.

Does the Temple+ option of ignoring alignment requirements allow non-LG Paladins to level?

Yes with this selection chosen non-LG paladins created by alignment change can level-up. Choosing this option has an unfortunate affect on the operation of paladin-blackguards......

You can have paladin-blackguards who still have access to their paladin spells etc

I kept him as a two hander too. 8 Fighter/Paladin X. It's awesome. I made him worship Heironeous though. He's aspiring to virtue and goodness, and sees the good in law, but he knows that goodness is paramount and that sometimes laws must be broken. Feels more real to me when a Paladin embraces their humanity.
