For the life of me I cannot find her at all. All of the guides states she is near the snake pit, but I only find a regular male NPC villager there and she is not inside of the building.
Yeah she is, that's something new I think? Maybe because having Serena spend her days outside the building where her long-lost sister is without either of them noticing seems silly... I'm sure there is a good reason. @Starcomet - they're now outside the eastern-most building.
