The maps you will find before entering the Temple (if you open them all) are: Moathouse & Back Door Deklo Grove Emridy Meadows Nulb Imeryds Run Ogre Cave (with ToEE Patch 5.0.x) 2 of the 3 maps around the temple Hickory Branch (with ToEE Patch 5.0.x) Sounds like this will all change shortly But thats how it is atm.

Ooh, impressive thread necromancy! You could try speaking to Mother Screng (old woman in the tall house in the south of the Nulb map). Someone in the Tavern in Nulb might also be able to help. Failing that, someone who knows more about the coding of the game might be able to tell you how to adjust something via the console so that you just know.
