New Player, need advice

I just got Toee from Gog and it wouldn't run.
Checking thru their help, I found a link to Temple+, installed it, and voila!
Been playing last couple days, love it.

Then, I stumble on CO8 today, wow
I want!!
SO, I'm willin to start over.
GoG galaxy installed it in the Program Files (86). I thought I read I must install something in a custom folder
Ima bit confused, and don't really want to break what I got

please advise on best install order, for co8 mods, and temple+
And what mods would be fun
In the meantime i'm browsing and learning what a cool game this is

Install Temple+ last and it works better if you just make a folder "GoG" works for me that is NOT in the Program Files(86) folder.

I did temple+ last
for some reason, gog galaxy wont launch toee,
co8 front end launches and I can make changes but wont launch game
after temple+ install, game launches with co8 extended content!! yay
all working well it seems
I love the new content!

Hello. I just Killed Otis (lareth is dead too) and I can't get access to the temple. Which are the other ways to get it on the map? Thanks a lot.

 

There is more to the moathouse. Deeper explorations are needed
I dont want to spoil it lol, but search the bog for a concealed passage

 

A map to the Temple can be found in Nulb. In the Inn/Tavern where you get your pocket picked, try talking to people.
