I still hope that temple+ will fix the issue regarding attacks with flasks and splash weapons. Otherwise a rogue under the influence of a blink spell (ring of blinking *sigh*) with quick draw and a bag full of flasks of acid, alchemist's fire and holy water would be boss.
(Btw, the rogue's special ability (feat) should actually ignore all prerequisites (since it's a bonus feat and these ignore prerequisites unless noted otherwise as stated in the MM), thus, at level 10 you simply select superior two-weapon fighting and at level 11 you get yourself a wand of divine power and attack 6 times per round against touch ac.)

This seems debatable (and unlikely to be what was intended). There seems to be some debate about it but to me it's clear that the MM statement is is just clarifying that bonus feats don't have to have prerequisites, and that it's ok in cases where they are named for monsters, but it's not making a general rule that they never need them.

For the rogue ability it would be too remarkable not to specifically say it in the rogue description, not rely on a sentence in the MM.
