So I changed the name of the file to Keep.exe. The same thing happened. So that didn't work either. On my wife's computer that didn't have the files uploaded yet. Not sure what you mean by red flag, as I followed everything on the installation process. It just didn't work. Also sorry for the long delay, as I normally don't log on during weekdays. I was on vacation when I first started posting. Also, I tried multiple ways to extract the files before I even thought of posting here, for 3 days. I reread the instructions multiple times, thinking I had missed something.

Well thanks for letting us know. Glad you can at least play it from Allyx's upload.

Step 4 of the installation instructions begins with -

Double click The Keep on the Borderlands Setup utility to begin installation. When prompted to choose an installation location, make sure to select the location where Temple of Elemental EVil is installed.
I assume that since the modpacks didn't extract, this step was never even initiated, so that should have been where the trouble was pinpointed.

Unless you have file extensions visible, renaming the installer to 'Keep.exe' would actually rename it 'Keep.exe.exe,' which would render it just as inoperable as the other.
