Apologies for posting a Bug here. I have insufficient privilege to post in the Bug Report section. So...this happened... Installed the KotB successfully in ToEE. Started installing the ToEE Front-End X. Got this error message: "ToEE Front-End X encountered a serious error: IO Exception when deploying TFE-X: modules\ToEE\dummy.tfx (The system cannot find the path specified) The program is unable to continue and will now lose. Please report this error as a but at the Circle of Eight community forum. Make sure you attach the full log file (TFE-X log)" Have no idea where to locate said TFE-X log. Help?
TFE-X.log is in your root folder (next to the data and modules folders, probably something like Atari/Temple of Elemental Evil. I'd suggest (I'm not an expert on TFE-X, that's Agetian's department) that if you have that error, it sounds suspiciously like you have TFE-X in the wrong folder (or are trying to install it in the wrong folder). It should also go alongside the data and modules folders, and next to temple.dll, python22.dll etc. Didn't an install of TFE-X come with KotB? I thought it did... I'd let you reply to this, then move it to the KotB forum.
Pretty sure it's in the right place then. Program Files (x86)/Atari/Temple of Elemental Evil is where the... data Folder docs_KotB 1.0.1 Folder miles Folder modules Folder... are, alongside the... python22.dll file and temple.dll file. I have the... TFE-X Application TFE-X Executable JAR file and TFE-X.sh SH file. Placement sound correct? It tried to run the TFE-X install but aborted almost immediately with that file path error.
Wait a minute! Snooping around, I just found a... TFX-E Folder inside the... docs_KotB 1.0.1 Is THAT the TFX-E Folder that should be out amongst those other folders mentioned above... data Folder, docs_KotB 1.0.1 Folder, miles Folder, and modules Folder?
