ToEE is based on 3.5 edition, not 5th. A good reference for 3.5 is: http://www.d20srd.org/. Don't try to mix the two. They're very different games.
I'm not trying to mix them. I know they are different. Those are seperate goals and the community on Co8 is rather helpful. Also, how different are they?
Skills and feats are completely different, and base attack bonus scales much more quickly in 3.5, and grants extra attacks when using the "full attack" action.
Comparing 3.0 to 3.5 is like comparing a tiger to a lion. Comparing 3.5 to 5.0 is like comparing a tiger to a goat.
