As instructed in the walkthrough, I have placed all the necessary items in Hope's Chest, but to no avail: the door won't open. I'd like to sincerely apologize in advance if I have missed something completely obvious. Please see the saved game in attachment. You're all set. Now try to get the door to open and if you manage to do that, please tell me how did you it.
Hi, i am at work so i can't test the save game. But a quick question, does the stuff disappear from the chest and are you given xp for clearing the riddle?
Notice that when you put a correct item in the hope chest, it makes a small clicking noise: just a li'l something I added The culprit is the gold tiger figurine - that is not the 'toy of a scaly child' which you need; the correct item is in fact a tiger toy (from the dragon map). Very similar, but not the correct item.
