Somehow my PCs and NPCs are able to advance to level 11st

    Not sure if it is because I installed modpack standard edition. IIRC, the maximum level is 10th.

    Maximum level has been increased to 20 for a long time now. You can adjust the max level with Frontend Engine.

    So it was ToEE Front-End X which did that. Thanks. I will adjust it.
