Next patch release date?

    I will finish Uni for the year in a couple of days and am looking forward to finally being able to play version 8.0. In one of the recent threads Sirchet talked about an upcoming patch (8.0.2?). If that is not too far around the corner then I might consider waiting for that so that I don't have to restart a campaign.

    I realise that the patch isn't essential however just want to know if there's any approximate target date; taking into consideration that KotB is not too far away either.

    8.0.2 might actually be soon-ish, for what it's worth, though I don't think it will require a new game after patching anyway.

    Does anyone know if the 8.1.0 release is out already? I Think it was scheduled for today.
    Don't know if I keep playing my just begun game or wait till the new patch and start a new one. The improvements sound relly great: Finally all the fixed spells, intelligent high lvl random encounters and and and....
