Spike Chain doesn't work with 3.0.4 Fan patch

The character doesn't start with it (though it should), and the ones I buy from the store I don't have proficiency with. Any ideas on how to fix it?

 

You need an exotic weapon proficiency for the chain. Have you tried that?

 

Yeah, everything works as expected if I remove the fan patch and just use the official patch. Character starts with a spiked chain and is proficient in the ones the blacksmith in Homlet sells.

 

This is a known bug from an earlier version of moebius's temple.dll which has already been corrected. You need to get the latest version of his temple.dll from:
http://www.jadri.com/temple.zip

The relevant fix (quoting his readme is):
o Bug introduced by the MWP fix in handling Exotic Weapon Proficiencies fixed.

I have just tested a Dwarven Cleric/Fighter who already has Spiked Chain proficiency and a Rogue/Fighter who just took proficiency on a levelup. Both receive the proficiency properly as they should.

Please, someone could put another link to that dll?, it seems the one I downloaded from the main patch thread is also bugged, and the one in this thread does not work.
