Problem downloading the new modpack

    First of all I apologize for my English, is not very good.

    I'm having a problem to download the Co8 New Modpack. Long History I shorted. :help:

    1) I don't have internet connection in my house.
    2) I usually do all downloads from the computer in my work's office.
    3) I try to download the modpack from the site you stored but it request a folder where the ToEE is installed, but I don't have installed it in my work's computer.

    This is the question:

    Is there other site where I can download only the modpack (as before you put it in the ModBD site)?

    If not, do you have any other suggestions?

    You download the executable file (ending in .exe) for 8.0.0 new content from:

    www.moddb.com/mods/circle-of-eight-modpack/downloads

    Save this file on the desktop of your work pc

    Copy file (about 450MB?) onto a data stick or CD-Rom and delete file from work computer:thumbsup:

    Take data stick home, load executable file onto home computer and run file on that:thumbsup:

    I download the files to my desktop, but all the files are from the 7.5.0 NC version... Is this ok? I downloaded it two times now and have the same archives.... :(

    I click the Co8 8.0.0 NC, download on desuba, and chose desktop as a location... I'm doing something wrong? :S

    I wouldn't download from Desura, they seem to get that wrong a lot. Just grab a ModDB download.

    Aparently it works! I will tell you on monday... :p

    At least the .exe says 8.0.0 New Content!! jaja :D

    I realised this morning that it is highly unlikely your home computer has Java 7 which is now essential for Co8 8.0.0 so you won't have been able to do much

    I have found a link for you on the Oracle website that allows you to download the latest update of Java 7 for Off-line Windows pcs - it is the 27.6MB version you need to download and copy onto datastick/CD-ROM and run at home as before

    I have attached the English version but hopefully a version of this page is available in your own language.:thumbsup:

    Thank you for the help!!! I try to run the game and have the problem of the java version.

    I already downloaded it, I'm going to update to beging the adventure of the new modpack! :)

    I hope this help others that have my same problem! :thumbsup:
