I created a halfling rogue for my game and tried to give them a pair of morningstars since they are a one handed simple melee weapon so I should be able to dual wield them. But when I equip on it shows up as though it is a two handed weapon. Is this a bug or am I missing a rule somewhere?

    Welcome to the forum Holywhippet.

    You're missing a rule. :)

A halfling is a small creature so the weapons he wields are considered one size larger than they are.

He wields a standard weapon as a two handed weapon and cannot wield a normal two handed weapon.

In order to dual wield weapons with a halfling I would recommend a light weapon, or even a halfling weapon.

Thanks. Shouldn't I be able to get a small morningstar though? I've only tried the "shops" at the start of the modpack so far.

I have not seen a small morning star, although I have seen other small weapons.

A shop in Nulb actually carries quite a selection.

Have you tried a light hammer?

I can picture a halfling ranger dual wielding a dagger and a light hammer killing gobos and skellies alike. :)

There's very few small weapons, I think :(

How about a small rapier and a normal main gauche?

Or a halfling monk or halfling monk1/rogueX either of who would dual wield halfling sianghams which are special monk weapons and so qualify for flurry of blows

Feats Level 1. two weapon fighting
    Level 3. weapon finesse
Level 6. Exotic weapon profiency: siangham
Level 9: improved two weapon fighting
