If a rouge makes a successful feint against an opponent should they get a sneak attack on their next attack?
Since you deny the target's DEX bonus to AC it should (or does) count as sneak attack. But as mentioned, wouldn't bother to use it without the Imp. Feint feat, else you waste your attack action and in your next turn it is gone. "The rogue’s attack deals extra damage any time her target would be denied a Dexterity bonus to AC (whether the target actually has a Dexterity bonus or not), or when the rogue flanks her target." edit: that's the main purpose of feint anyway to trigger sneak attacks in case of bad positioning
