So can you describe briefly (so I won't look into spoiler guides) how the game is walked through now?

In Vanilla it was making sense to do all quests and go to Temple in the end where end fights were designed with lvl 10 in mind

So what does Co8 NC do? Does it leave the temple intact meaning it still will be balanced for lvl10s and you can continue the game after defeating Zuggtmoy to see the new content or was the stuff completely changed and you need to do all new areas to to have a chance in the end fight?

And if that's true does the new balance hurt the game in any way? Like old areas becoming much tougher compared to how it was in vanilla? Or are they left intact and new areas are designed for higher levels (which is good)?

The highlighted text below is the new content. They also fix bugs and have added items, character levels and spells past lvl 10, new monsters and encounters, more quests, etc etc.

I havent played the War yet, but everything theyve done up that to that has been fantastic. You are truly missing all the fun without the NC.

The vanilla content stays as it is. But following the order shown it doesnt really hurt gameplay. And if you find it a bit easy, add restrictions to your playthrough such as point buys only or no caster classes.
