Any chance of getting rid of these annoying self playing video ads? I guess its time to turn Adblock back on for this website.
They're flash player type and they run directly below the last post, (just above the quick reply box). I've actually left this site much quicker than I'd of liked to more than once due to the irritation. Some of the adds have a speaker icon you can click on to shut them up and others take you to their site when you click on their "fake mute button".
Right ad, and now I get an annoying pop up. I have enabled Firefox's Adblock, which I hate to do for sites I like and that need the ad money, but even adblock can't stop the video ads. They just start up on every page, mostly the same ad, but it seems to change each day. As noted, if you try to mute them, it links you to their page. Someone let me know when this is fixed, I'll check back in a few days, otherwise I will need to drop this site.
No need for the drama, all problematic ads are removed as soon as they're reported. I've opened a thread which explains how you can help me track them.
