I have cd version of Neverwinter Nights 1. The game doesnt run properly and i lose 1 gig of memory each time it used to crash. I stopped playing the game a while ago, but now that gog has it and most of their games work, i want to know the difference between the cd and the gog version. Will the game work because so far good old games has delivered their games very well and i havent usually had a problem. Still i am a bit sketchy. Would anyone know about this?

Well, i guess its happened again, bioware has fucked me. I downloaded the game neverwinter nights at good old games to see if it would work. It wont even download the game and instead says that the copy of the game is corrupt. What i want to know is why neverwinter nights is such a problematic game. Has anyone got this demon to install from gog, bioware has been shitting the bed lately.

For the "lost memory", find and delete the crash dumps. As for why you have problems with running the game, no idea.

Is there a way to turn the "crash dumps" completely OFF?

What windows are you running? As GoG versions are compatible (usually) with all Windows since Xp.
