what are the pre-requisites for Icy Burst and Flaming Burst and what is Anarchic as a crafting add-on? Thanks! Merry Christmas
Hi Templar In this thread http://www.co8.org/forum/showthread.php?t=7870 (use the link in Post #6), there is an Excel spreadsheat that shows the costs and requirements for crafting everything (wondrous items, rings, staves, etc... ) including arms and armor. If you don't have MS Excel, don't fret, as there are several programs for viewing Excel files. Icy Burst requires a 10th Level spellcaster (Cleric with Water Domain, Druid, or Sorceror/ Wizard ) who knows either Cone Of Cold, Chill Metal or Ice Storm. Flaming Burst requires a 12th Level Cleric, Druid or Wizard with Fireball, Flamestrike or Flameblade. Anarchic requires a 7th Level Cleric with the Chaos Domain and does 2D6 damage against Lawful beings. The Royal Canadian
