Where're the quests?

    I must be a little retarded but I can't find the place where I can get quests... near provisioner's?
    Where is? inside a building? outdoors? If someone can get a screenshot ould be nice...:sadblinky

    It's inside the provisioner's on the little posting board on the left when you walk in. Click on it.
