I re-stuck this thread for the time being 'cause I think it should stay sticky until the 5.0.0 is out of beta. If someone thinks I'm wrong with this, feel free to unstick as necessary.

Thanks Agetian. The thread got unstuck because for some reason it turned up in the ToEE forum. I assume Gaear moved it back (if that is so, thanks Gaear) but then couldn't re-sticky it here.

Alright then, here's the definitive version, combining RnR's final changes with my previous 'final' version. ;)

Yes, you are supposed to be able to use it. I haven't heard of a problem like this one for a long, long time. Are you using the latest Cumulative Fixes? Oh, and you are supposed to use it from the radial menu, not from inventory.

i downloaded the fixes from post #4 and put them in and im pretty sure i put them in right. i went through the read mes and deleted the files it said to and everything. i did use it from the radial menu. like i said the pc would make his gestures there were the special effects but nothing showed up or changed.

lord_greywolfe, zip up the file Spell761 - Extraplanar Chest.py in your scr folder, and the file Bag_of_Holding.mes in \modules\Co8-5.0.0 and post them here (if you aren't using Front End Bag_of_Holding.mes will be in modules\ToEE). I want to take a look at them.

Yes. It was supposed to be 36 MB. It is the final version of the CF. But, for convenience, the old 2.42 MB version has been reinstated. The final version of the CF can be found here.

    Cumulative Fixes-Final.rar

[EDIT] @ lord_greywolfe: You indeed do not have the Cumulative Fixes installed correctly. The file you sent me was the original one that came with the 5.0.0 installer, not any of the versions released in the Cumulative Fixes. Try installing them again.

Hey Blue, I see a dupe of Zaxis' line v230_m snuck in there under sound\pcvoice\00200.

@Gaer: Do you mean that v230_m shouldn't be in there?

Okay, I found what you are talking about. Looks like that snuck in in the Further Fixes. Wasn't that one of yours?

ok ill try it again. question about it though the other mods have thier data folders with the name of the mod in it but yours just says data. should it say 5.0.0?

this is the first time ive tried this new mod since ive been away for almost a year and i must say you all made a hell of alot of changes since we worked on Liv's mod. so far im really enjoying what im seeing, espcially surprises like Frank :). the surprise when leaving the back way of the moathouse is cool too but that one does raise some questions to me. like why are the brigands so much tougher than the NPCs? what is Zert, a temple agent, doing there with Turko and his pal who arent? why does Zert attack his boss Lareth if he is with you? and if you kill Zert there how do you solve Corls murder? sorry things like that always make me wonder lol:).

The CF just have a data folder. They are meant to be installed when 5.0.0 is the active module in Front End (i.e. 5.0.0 was the last module started with Front End). If you are playing the non-Front End version of 5.0.0, the data folder is fine, but you will need to rename the Co8-5.0.0 folder in \modules to ToEE.

That whole Ambush when you leave the Moathouse via the secret exit was reworked extensively in the CF. Yet another indication that you don't have them installed. There are no brigand footmen in the CF version.
