Re-textured models

    I'm trying to make an Avoral out of a re-textured harpy, I've changed the texture files, and copied the harpy mesh folder to create a new Avoral folder. Then I've tried editing the files inside to refer to the correct folders - but when I try and consol the avoral in (using the new mesh), the game crashes. I've tried ensuring that the file paths were of the same length, but this didn't help. Does anyone have any suggestion on what I'm doing wrong?

    if you've done your hex editing right then its probably a pice of code some where else, I've had problems from having 2 m's or forgot to change a 5 to a 3 or something like that. the is the posiblity that its your new skin itself, to test that try it out on the harpy (eg just back up the harpy skin and the replace it with your new skin) and see if that causes problems.
