Location of the Temple [Rannos]

Can anyone tell me what is the skill requirement to make Rannos reveal the location of the Temple of Elemental Evil? [In the vanilla TOEE] He only gives me the location of the mouthouse.

 

He won't, you have to go to Nulb first or read the Assasin's note. Lareth takes you there as well.

 

I believe I agree with vectner. I have never had Gremag OR Rannos give up the location. One line of dialog says something t hat they never go to the Temple themselves, they always send info through a courier.

I will try to do a test on this with all the dialog skills on 20 and share what I find out.
[Might take a bit thou I'm doing a new solo playthrough]
