    Yeah, I figured it out and got it all fixed. I also figured out a way to add some craftable wands that should only be available for certain classes. So I now have it so a Druid can make a Wand of Flame Strike (4th level spell) but other classes can't make this item.

    Don't know if this related to your mod or not, but I've never had this happen before. I rescued Jaer (the fireball guy) and Sargen (crazy wizard) from the Earth Node. When I teleport back to Homlett, Jaer thanks me and leaves, but Sargen acts like we're still in the Earth Node. I've tried leaving Homlett and coming back, going to the temple and coming back, going to Nulb. I even kicked him out of my party, went back to the Earth node to find him and brought him back to Homlett again and he still won't leave.

    Before, when you rescued him he would run off. Would you ever get a reward?

    I know what I did and will fix it, but it would help to know if in the past you ever got a reward.

    Yes, in the past he would run off and at some point down the road I'd run into someone who would tell me that Sargen was a lord and hand over the cash. (Though in retrospect, I wonder if it was ever added to my total. I know I didn't notice Tuleb's 100 gp wasn't being awarded until someone else mentioned it.)

    Okay, thanks. (And it's okay. With all the changes you've been making, it's not surprising a few things will slip by you. So far you've been much more consistant than Troika, at least. *g*)

    Minor fix request

    First of all, thanks for all the hard work, it means a lot!

    I haven't actually loaded your latest beta, but wanted to check with you on a small item that seems to have slipped through all the previous fixes. I am running the latest "recommended" patches per Moebius.

    Here is the minor item:
    I noticed that Javelins are incorrectly labeled "0" range on their tooltip/lookup info in stores and presumably everywhere else (inventory, ground, etc.) instead of "30" ft. Can't remember (as I recently installed again) if Javelins work in game as thrown weapons or not (my first recollection is no). Does anyone know if all the "thrown"-capable weapons are working and labeled correctly?

    Of course this may all be fixed already but I thought I would bring it up just in case.

    Wow, the hezrou is a pain now. One thing I noticed is my party had to keep making saving throws against his stench, but in the MM if you make the saving throw once, you're supposed to immune to that hezrou's stench for 24 hours. Eventually everyone failed and became punching bags while my sorcerer had to kill him with her spells. (Nothing like casting Empowered magic missile over and over again, round after round because nothing else seems to hurt the baddie.) If it weren't for the fact the demon seemed to be focusing most of it's energy on my Mordenkinen's hound (which I've never used before and aparrently needs the spiritual weapon treatment, as it's another invincible summon that monsters seem to want to attack over everything else.) I would have lost the whole party. Is there a way to set the stench so it stops forcing a save once you succeed?

    Also, the spell holy smite had absolutely no effect on the demon, it kept getting eaten up by 5 unnamed damage resistances, which was both weird and frustrating, since whacking evil creatures is the whole point of the spell.

    I have just started playing ToEE not a week ago and I'm really into it. Seeing that there's fixes and additions to the game I just got more and more interested. I'm currently playing with Fresh ToEE, Atari 2.0, Co8 3-0-4 and moeb's temple.dll...good fixes in those and I'm enjoying it no doubt.

    Now that I know that someone's trying to make a "better game" into a "much better" one, I'm definitely looking forward to 1.5! Kudos to you, Livonya. I'm a big fan :)

    Rannos and Gremag assasin quest bug.

    I accept the quest but it won't go into my logbook! Even killing Anamario doesn't help! Could you please fix it?

    Icy Burst = Negative Energy Burst?

    I'm posting this here because I'm playing ToEE with Livonya's mod, but really am not certain whether this anomaly is specific to the mod (as I've never attempted to create an Icy Burst Weapon prior to the mod).

    At any rate... I create a Keen Longbow +3 of Icy Burst last night. The "Burst" part seems to be working fine... but the damage type of the weapon is negative energy rather than cold. Is this a known bug?

    Also, making the bow keen is giving me a threat range of 18-20 rather than 19-20 as I would expect from a keen bow.

    I'm not really complaining... it's a pretty friggin killer bow my Elven wizard is wielding... but since there are some clear discrepancies related to what I tried to create and what I actually created, I figured a post was in order.

    I don't know about burst weapons, I haven't tried them yet, but I know shocking weapons used to do cold and frost weapons used to do negative energy, but that's been fixed as of Livonya's mod.

    It is not a quest so it won't go in your quest log book.

    When he gives you the mission he tells you that he will NOT speak of it again.

    From what you are telling me it is working just fine.
