WTF! What are those round, bouncing balls? (Forgot the name, sorry.)

They make me dizzy just to look at them.

Not very hard to do in, though. Even if they do clank.

I'm guessing you are talking about will-the-wisps.

But that's not the FIRST thing I thought of,

Bouncing metal balls that make you dizzy when you look at them. Certainly an exciting description.

Be nice. I am verrrry tired and not responsible for anything I might say.

They were with the mushrooms and gelatin things.

I'm in the nodes now, no? The ice lizards and things?

Ascomids? I summoned one once with the fungus figurine in the moathouse, funny as heck watching it bounce all the brigands to death.

Yeah, I'd say it's one of the best Figurine summons, second best actually.

The badges make folks like Burne address you as 'Sir'.

(Actually the reputations probably do that ;) we don't need no stinkin' badges)

Where are the shambling molds? My first full play through I didn't see them but I accidently skilled hickory branch and didn't finish fully lvl 5 of the temple.

AFAIK, nothing. They don't appear to have any magical effects and keeping them in inventory or equipped didn't seem to open up any new dialogue options or new content.

They ARE pretty though, and go along with some of the colorful cloaks quite well.

Now if I could just find a decent, matching, pair of shoes. Those boots are just hideous.
