    So me and my dad love toee,co8 and keep on the borderlands.
    having learned there are a lot of potential mods out there I was hoping to start creating my own however I have no idea where to start to learn how to mod/mod this game.

    I am hoping to discord chat with other modders or talk back an forth on the forums.

    but right now I would love help with just getting the programs I need and installing them as I feel the pinned guide is outdated or i'm an idiot who can't follow instructions :)
