Thanks for the feedback. I'll just say that any quest that comes up in your book should be completable - we all want that wall of green ;)

Couple more notes. Why do I have to skin the ogre to get the bear skin? I am sure he doesn't bathe much; though there is a stream right there lol; but is it really stuck on that good? The man at arms in the hobgoblin caves does not pick up any weapons or armor unless you talk to him about it. The tool tip doesn't mention that, so I didn't find out until we got back to the keep and I was letting him go. I dropped a longspear and some chainmail for him, but he did not pick it up.
As a member of the guild, I can now sell alcohol to the barkeep. Why doesn't he buy any of the food?
What are the stats for the items Florin offers after he is healed? I took the claws of the cheetah which worked well for my cleric(+5 to climb and boots of speed); what do the other 2 do?
Why does the foreign merchant leave after you rescue the merchant in the HG cave?
There is no exp award and very little profit for fulfilling the tool request of the dwarves in the kobold cave.
Why can't I skin bears and the owlbear? Especially since the clerk pays 50 gold for each instead of 20 for wolf pelts.

I must say, that the more I play this the more I enjoy it. Good work Ted. You should consider doing "Against The Giants" next. LOL

Apparently not. If you kill the priest in the poison quest, you cannot complete the who is raiding the trading quest, unless I have missed something.

Ok, well that's a minor bug. My point is there are no 'unfinished' quests that show up in the log book but have no way of being done.

EDIT: O and the other stuff sounds mostly like minor bugs too, though I don't know why the barkeep needs to buy food from you. Your local publican might be interested in buying kegs of beer if you can legally get him a better price, but I doubt he'll buy a leg of ham of you. I'll probably move the others to the bug list, they sound like the sort of stuff I want to get right for a more consistent experience.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I've updated the walkthrough accordingly.

Claws of the Jaguar (Spiked Gauntlets +2, Climb +5)

Paws of the Cheetah (Boots of Speed, Climb +5)

Paws of the Tiger (Amulet of Mighty Fists +2, Climb +5)

This information was obtainable by searching for and examining the items while using the tool ToEE World Builder (which is available from the link http://www.co8.org/forum/showpost.php?p=25776&postcount=1).

Thanks Gazra. Sonofliberty, those items have long descriptions according to my version.

True, but I can only pick one. I did not want to save, choose, reload, rechoose, etc.... I was happy with my choice, but was curious about the others.

On the who's raiding the trading quest, Sitra's walk through APPEARS incorrect. The trader told me to talk to the bailiff, the bailiff told me to talk to the captain, the capt said talk to the corporal(who I haven't found yet). The walk through says talk to the scribe( I tried, the option to talk about the quest never comes up), then the curate, then the priest iirc. Since I can't start the chain with the scribe, I am stuck from trying that chain. However, none of the three I have talked to have mentioned the scribe.

Also, the cleric in the temple who is supposed to be able to cure disease doesn't. He charges me the 240 gp, and says he did it, but the disease remains. The option to ask Flay for a cure never came up. Possibly because I had not yet completed any of his quests at that time.

Ok, so on the trading quest, I did not realize that the corporal was the gate officer. I talked to him, he sent me to the scribe, he sent me to the cavalry officer(you need a high diplo score to succeed with him), the cav officer sent me to the curate, who sent me to the asst. cleric. While he hinted at the forces of evil being involved, he sent me back to the guild master. There were no failed rolls in my history from speaking to him. I also spoke to the other asst, cleric. I have a save from before the cav officer, I will try the curate and the asst cleric again with my rogue. She lacks diplo skills, but has gather information and other skills.

My rogue had the skills to get us to the priest. However I cannot get him to set me up for the trap. What skill do I need and how high? There is no failed roll shown. :( The priest says that he had the discussion with the asst cleric in the church, so no one could over hear. Then he claims discretion and denies involvement. I wish I was high enough level to detect lie.

I forgot to mention, I spotted and identified the mud on the acolyte's boots. However I can't seem to use the information.

You either need a good Knowledge(Nature) skill (yes, tthat's there for a reason ;)) or, as you appear to have, a good Spot, at which point you can hand off to someone with high Knowledge (Nature). This is THE most complicated quest in the game and is designed to test you on several fronts (as well as run you around).

My druid correctly identified the mud, but I was unable to make use of the information. The knowledge also did not help me with the priest. Though the fact that the priest's party was in THAT area should have been more than enough to warrant an investigation by the Bailiff or the captain. IMO, anyway. Especially since the trail seems to "end" with the priest.

Ok, the priest's dlg seems to have been either buggy (because I didn't test that option, though since it is essential to finish the quest that seems strange) or it became 'damaged' because I moved things around later. Fix attached but untested, if anyone wants to give it a go.
