I've made a right pigging mess of my game... I uninstalled TOEE and Co8 mod pack 4.0 and then re-installed them, but whenever I try to disable the opening movies, I get the following error message: Now even though I understand many of those words, suffice it to say I'm a total moron when it comes to computers, so any solutions will have to be as free of jargon as is humanly possible in order to accommodate my enormous stupidity. It sounds like you didn't wipe out all the ToEE folders after you did the uninstall. The movies are disabled by renaming them, and the renamed movies will not be uninstalled with the game (since the uninstaller doesn't know the new names). Uninstall again, and then delete the Atari folder, then reinstall and see if you have the same problem. You will lose all your characters and saved games when you do this.
That actually makes sense to me :O If I wanted to backup my save files and character files BEFORE deleting the Atari folder, are they all stored in the same place, and if so, where? * Never mind * I think I found them in the Modules folder. Right... I'll put them somewhere safe and give that a whirl. Thanks!
