OK, so either you have the ToEE directory open and are trying
to run the game or some anti-virus software is blocking FrontEnd
from working. You either have to disable your anti-virus program
control component and restart your computer or do it the hard way
and change co8 folders to toee ones. I've said this a thousand times.
Maybe we should post it in the common solutions thread. Remember
to always turn off your program control component to avoid save game
    corruption.

Oh, did you even bother to look there?

No need to be... I was being a little too harsh on you. :p
But seriously, someone put this as an official solution.
Fron-End does not work? If the hints by CTB and Gaear
(or Zeb... don't remember) don't work just rename your
folders and use the frontend for configuration only.

Well, I guess my thinking is that if you're going to go to the trouble of renaming folders and not using Toffee anyway, you might as well just use the non-Toffee version of the modpack. :p

Otherwise, most of the time some fixable user-error is the culprit, and Toffee is still very-much usable after a couple tweaks.
