Strangest thing happened, i am playing NE and was about to go kill the slavers.
But they are not there for some reason, though when passing the area some invisible creature cast prayer.
This has not happened before and it worked the first playthrough on 6.1
Not sure if this may be the cause, but if you did not kill off all the critters where the slavers are found, then one their heartbeats may not be allowing the slavers to appear. Go away from that area, then come back. This time do a thorough check for any strays and kill them. Then go away again-maybe rest a day or two, and then check for the slavers. They might show up now.
I will try that, i usually kill everything but this time not having a cleric o chose to skip some skeletons along the way.
Hmmm,, i went to wilfrick and he berated me for killing some innocents from Dyvern that was sent to rescue the children, but he also said that i had bought my freedom.
The bug here might be that i Killed the wizard and his two apprentices and bought my freedom from that and somehow it was mixed up.. Gaear might want to look into that.
Good catch, chano. The interaction with your Verbo attorney mistakenly set the Slavers status to get-berated-by-Wilfrick-for-killing-rescuers regardless of whether you had done anything with the slavers yet at all, upon buying your way out of an execution - in your case Senshock and co. (Buying your way out of an execution clears your negative conditions so you don't get re-arrested.) I've added a conditional that limits that to only if you've been arrested for killing the rescuers. This also made it so that the Slavers did not appear, as the variable was thus wrongly set so that they wouldn't. Sometimes mobs that are not yet turned on cast heartbeat spells (Senshock famously does this in his Verbo shop), so that was why you saw prayer being cast at Emridy. The existence or lack thereof of skels at Emridy has no effect on whether the Slavers show up.

Do you have any idea when the next version will be out, i have played through 6.1 thrice now in short time and is really itching to test some new stuff now that my evil killingspree was cut short.
All I can say atm is that it's coming along well, but there's still more work to be done. WotGS is on its way in, which takes some doing. A loose (and I mean loose) guess would be late August at the earliest. It won't be a surprise, in any case, as this will be another full release with all the fanfare et al. There will probably be more new material in 7.0 than in anything since Verbo first came along.
Thanks for the hint and I will be awaiting 7.0. I look forward to trying out all the new stuff you have hinted about and seeing what new tweaks may be in play.
Been a while since I used any exotic weapons... So wondering - do double weps not work properly or do they? I was thinking of making a gnome rogue with hooked hammer and TWF but can't remember if that works in TOEE or not.

No, double weapons do not work as they should in TOEE. They perform just as a two handed weapon with one attack, not the secondary in 3.5 rules allow. So might suggest skipping the hooked hammer unless you want it for the sheer idea of the character.
