I hope you had a good day and the night went as well as you had hoped. Last night and today have been probably the most difficult time in my life. I am not into writing much of anything. To all who sleep tonight on this side of the earth, The Nightly Mission: Let sleep be your blanket. Wrap it close. Wake up when you have to. May the Lady smile on you and bless you. G'Night.
I hope you had a good day and the night goes as you will it to. I went to see Eclipse. I might have enjoyed it had I been in a better state of mind. I was unable to engage in the drama and probably should have gone at a later date. Much later. I hope all who will celebrate the 4th of July have a great time doing whatever activities are planned. Our little town has a surprisingly good fireworks display and one of my friends is going to drag me to it. I've never gone before. I work tomorrow, too. But during the day rather than my usual swing shift. I hope it is quiet. To all who will sleep tonight on this side of the earth, The Nightly Mission: Sleep can be a friend - let it. And the morning comes whether you like it or no. May the Lady smile on you and bless you. G'Night.
No explosives for us this 4TH. Never made it out to Indiana and the money I would've spent was better directed elsewhere. Will see more than enough tonight with neighbours, local towns, etc. For today, I don my Chef's hat and head over to the in-laws to handle the grilling, etc tonight. Yesterday however, was amazing. J and I went into the city, near her old place, and walked along the Lake for quite sometime, enjoying the weather, water, etc. Finished up with dinner at out favourite Ethiopian restaurant. That meal was way too long in coming, We need to get back into the city on a more regular basis!
I hope you had a good day and the night went well. I did not get to see the fireworks. My frig quit. So I spent some merry time running meat to a friend's freezer, buying ice, etc. etc. Last night rained hard in the bigger town that I work in and I think it ruined their fireworks because the traffic headed that way and coming from my little town was very very busy when the fireworks were done. The convenience store where I got ice was crammed with people and there were cars all over the place gassing up, pulling in/out, parking. Like an anthill. Plus it was hectic where I worked. I am exhausted. To all who will sleep tonight on this side of the earth, The Nightly Mission: Fall into bed and plummet down into sleep. Wake up and see what the day brings. May the Lady smile on you and bless you. G'Night.
I hope you have a good day and the night has gone well. Bought a new refrigerator today. And got a very good deal on it. Businesses must want to make sales. To all who sleep tonight on this side of the earth, The Nightly Mission: Collapse into sleep, comatose. Wake up and drink coffee. May the Lady smile on you and bless you. G'Night.
I hope you had a good day and the night goes well. My new fridge came this evening. I love it. It has so much more room than my old one. So now I can cram it full of leftovers, heh. To all who will sleep tonight on this side of the dark earth, The Nightly Mission: Pick up a good book and let it pull you down into sleep... and perhaps some interesting dreams. Rise the next morning and take in the new day. May the Lady smile on you and bless you. G'Night.
I hope you had a good day and that the night goes well. A poor little lizard manged to get into my house today, and before I could catch it and let it back out, the cats got it. One more lizard gone from the world. I saw a deer in the woods surrounding where I work. And got to hear the owl hooting again. As is normal, it was quiet outside. The woods do a great job of filtering noise. To all who will sleep tonight on this side of the earth, The Nightly Mission: Fall into sleep and let peace fall into you. Wake up and learn to savor the morning. May the Lady smile on you and bless you. G'Night.
I hope you had a good day and the night went well. To all who sleep on this side of the earth, The Nightly Mission (abbreviated) Sleep, warm and relaxed. Wake up alert and focused. May the Lady smile on you and bless you. G'Night.
I hope you had a good day and the night goes well. The dark moon comes soon, this Sunday in fact. According to my calendar. We have had days and days of rain. I do not mind the rain, feels kind of cosy to hear it on the roof and windows, makes me sleepy. But today it didn't rain, and still hasn't, although it looks like it wants to. But tonight I am bored. Friday night, too. Sighs. To all who will sleep tonight on this side of the earth, The Nightly Mission: Let sleep cover you like melted chocolate. Wake up sweet. May the Lady smile on you and bless you. G'Night.
Took the day off yesterday and went to the Art Institute with N. It was N's first time there. He enjoyed the Egyptian, Greek, and Roman artifacts as well as the limited display of Medieval weapons and armour. Not so much on the Impressionist paintings, Victorian Furniture, and Renaissance art, though. N said it all started looking the same to him and that there were too many religious paintings. Had an early-ish dinner at one of our favourite sushi restaurants and spent some good time in a bookstore afterwards.
I hope you had a good day and the night went well. Saturday night. The moon darkens. To all who sleep tonight on this side of the earth, The Nightly Mission: Sleep Absorb energy that clarifys and heals Wake up lighter May the Lady smile on me. G'Night.
I hope you had a good day and the night has been going well. Somewhere, in China I believe, there is a solar eclipse, along with the Dark Moon on our side of the world. Now that sounds interesting. Must make for some unusual tides. And brain energy, too. We had a storm that decided to come through twice, which happens here a lot, and it knocked out the power for a bit and the net for longer. Then I found out my router needed to be reset, so I don't know how long the net was actually out. I'm glad I have friends who know something about how computers et al work. To all who will sleep tonight on this side of the earth, The Nightly Mission: Reach for the moon tonight and see what it brings into your dreams. Wake up tomorrow into a brighter day. May the Lady smile on me. G'Night.
Scryler, it looks obvious, but I still ask: "Do you compose a new "Mission" every night and then post it here?"
