I'm having a problem all of a sudden with the stairs down to Dungeon Level 3 by the Air Temple on Dungeon Level 2 (see point 5 on the Game Banshee map: http://www.gamebanshee.com/templeofelementalevil/locations/dungeonlevel2.php). I used it numerous times with no problem. Now, though, after cleaning out the fire temple, it crashes every time I try to descend it (but I seem to be able to ascend it with no trouble). Any ideas? I can get around the problem by taking other routes, but they're much more inconvenient.
have you accidently left a party member behind unconcious somwhere? I find i get intermitent problems using the stairs when i do this. If so restore to consiousness ( if you can rember where you left em) and then try.
No, no unconscious folks. Eventually, anytime I tried to use stairs, the game would crash. So, I uninstalled everything, reinstalled it, and started a new game. Seems to be working fine, now. Kind of sucked that I had to start from the beginning, though.
I lost count of how many times I had to restart for one reason or another. I got to the end, though! Great game.
