Some things(bugs) i found in ToEE Co8 5.5.0

    Where is there a girl version of Kent? The voice was done by an (at the time) eight year old girl, but the character is a boy.

    Something must be wrong with 5.5.0 voices, models and portraits. Like the girl-Kent in hommlett (with the same voice tho - just the model, of a girl in a red dress, with a generic village girl portrait), or "celestial owl" summoning a tick, or portraits being mixed up etc.

    Nothing game-breaking, just weird.

    The owl portrait is a known bug, but the generic village children have some few lines that are voiced by the same girl who did Kent (been that way since 5.0.0). Does Kent himself wear a red dress in your game? He's only one kid - he stands in the yard outside Mathilde's at the start of the game and talks to you if you get near. He has a unique portrait and should be wearing boy's clothes.

    It was a generic hommlet girl in a red dress with a generic hommlet girl portrait, but came up to you and had Kent's dialogue. The male Kent was gone iirc.

    It's hit and miss though, I stared a different game to test some things before that, and Kent wasn't crossdressing =)

    I think another portrait that was mixed up was the Fiendish Hawk.

    I once got a sexily-dressed drow female. She looked familiar. Maybe the head drow priestess under Verbobmc. But that was before I got a stable, playable build.

    Always go to Renfest when it's WARM. :chick::yikes:

    It was one of my early builds of 5.5.0. I may have installed it on top of an old 5.0.6(?). Once I started having problems with it. I deleted and rebuilt from scratch.

    It was just the portrait that appeared, in the place of Kent's. She looked familiar, but I couldn't place her. Just guessing she was of the old Verbobonc ones. Or perhaps the wizard from the Gnarley Woods. You know, half-naked, hot, female drow. Like Whatsername's avatar. And C.

    I'm thinking maybe failure to clean map cache, or remnants of old build not successfully deleted.
