    Is it worth spending 20,000 on a weapon sold by the witch?

    She says it can only hold so many rounds and has to be reloaded?

    Is it an exotic weapon?

    Her dialogue and the info in the search seem to conflict.

    I keep forgetting how to use the note she gives you in order to open up Gnarley Woods. Can you remind me? I shift click it and nothing. Its not in my radial inventory to use.

    Drag it to the 'use' button.

    The weapon is definitely worth it if you can afford it, but may take your game in directions you don't want to go. Very controversial, 'tis.

    If you don't want to deal with the "un-ToEE" feel of the witch's special weapon, you can get one of her other items instead. I take the amulet - a very handy item, that.

    It is a firearm. Not by-the-book for Greyhawk or D&D at all, to my knowledge.

    I think I'm going with the amulet, also.

    But now I have to find out what all the others do, too.

    No wonder it takes me so long, in this game!.

    the gun is basicly a club of overpowered magic missile with limited charges (20 I think), so its used in the same kind of way as a staff of lightening bolt.

    No way - the staff would club people much better (better reach, too).

    I took the amulet last time too. Now Meleny's a troll :blink:

    a gun? yuck! your right conterversial, it shouldn't be in the Greyhawk world.
