Highest level you have reached?

I really like the new spells and ability to get to levels above 10 with this CO8 Mod.

However I wonder how high is realisticaly possible. I have gotton to level 12 a few times (for most of my party) and 13 once. It seems difficult to get much above that.

Anyone gotten to higher levels? How?

I am aware of some of the new higher level spells (delayed Fireball and others). What are, if any, the level 8 and 9 spells?

Is there a complete list of these new higher level spells?

Just finished it for the first time ever. Half the party ended at 14th level.

 

The only (non-cheating) to get past level 14 is to use fewer party members (and avoid using NPCs). I used a 2 man party and got them to level 18 at the end of the game. That's pretty much the highest I've gotten to....

 

Or do a LOT of travelling and resting in insafe areas... Random encounters bump experience too.

 

Yeah, the random encounters are scaled to become more difficult as your party level goes up. You still may find the odd easy battle, but more often than not, you'll get a good challenge and experience.

I've personally had:

19 Trolls
4 Ettins
5 Groaning Spirits
12 Giant Snakes (can't remember types)
6 Giant Crayfish
Countless HUGE mobs of goblinoids.

 

Once had 8 hill giants, would hate to see 19 trolls. Worst fight i ever had was 2 Will O Wisps, dang they are hard to kill. All that work for 30 XP.

They all came at me from every side. I reckon they weren't too much of a problem. They'll all came along peaceful like to the undertakers.
