I was wondering if I get the no-cd patch could I switch the .exe and then re-install all the Co8 mods again and have it work? I read that you need to switch out the toee.exe from the no-cd download after you install patch 2 and then install the Co8 mods. Order like this: Install game Patch 2 no cd patch Co8 mods profit I've already installed all the Co8 mods, and they're great, I was just wondering if I could just re-install them over top the no-cd patch instead of doing a complete uninstall of the game. I did a search and couldn't find a definitive answer on this. Thanks for any help or suggestions.
Co8 doesn't modify the toee.exe file, so it doesn't matter which order you apply the nocd patch (with regard to Co8, but maybe not Atari patch 2).
Where do the CMF's .dll fixes go? I always thought it was to the .exe. But I could of course be totally wrong... :zap:
Well they would get loaded by the .exe, but I think Sitra's point is that we don't modify the .exe file itself - that would be breach of copyright  - so using a cracked one shouldn't make a difference.
I have: -Game -Patch 1 -Patch 2 -Co8 -CMF -No-cd Once i've clicked by mistake the patch 1, and the game asked for the cd1. So i installed patch 2 and no-cd again and everything was fine again. I didn't touched the game install or the Co8. Basically, whichever you install "in last place" goes on top. You don't need to uninstall anything, unless the game get really fu**ed up. At least it worked for me
Tried it... working like a charm. Just slapped the new .exe in there and nothing else. No issues so far. Thanks for all the responses.
