I've downloaded Temple of elemental evil from GOG(I bought it btw), and downloaded Java, Co8 mod, Temple Plus mod.

Nothing happened when I've downloaded toee, java, co8 but when I've downloaded Temple+, the windows defender says it's infected by a virus or malware that called Trojan:Win32/Spursint.F!cl and it deleted it instantly.

I've downloaded from this site: https://www.moddb.com/mods/temple1/downloads/temple-10 and I've done it several times but nothing like happened before. Is it infected?

I use Windows 11 and Windows Defender, btw.

Sorry, I'm not trying to offend you or anything but

When I've checked with Virus Total, it says Temple + installer has 4 vaccines say it's malicious?

https://imgur.com/gc26X0w - this is the picture I've taken, it's the result of checking Temple+ installer.

You don't have to take my word for it, the source code, build process and artifacts are publicly available on github for anyone who wishes to inspect it or compile it themselves.

Of course, if you're still uncomfortable then just don't use it.

What directory do you have ToEE itself installed to? It should NOT be programs(x86)

I'm just terrified if my pc is infected, if it is I just want to know how to fix it.

I think it was C:\GOG Games\Temple of Elemental Evil but I don't think it matters, because I didn't install Temple Plus. The Windows Defender deleted Temple Plus installer, I didn't even had a chance to install it.

There's no cause for alarm. There have always been a few false positives on that site (out of over 60 different checks, keep in mind), that's all.
