I'm having problems making this work. I'm trying to create a masterwork Morningstar of +3 shocking but it doesn't seem to work. I have lightning bolt and the gold and experience to create it but when I try all I get is just a +3 morning star. I even trying memorizing lightning bolt so its learned when I try to create it but it still doesn't work. Am I doing something wrong or maybe not high enough level to create the full item? I'm level 10 wizard. Thanks.
When you add the Shock enhancement, do you click on the arrow pointing your selection to the "enhancement box"?
I tested this, it seems to work fine in Co8. Did you actually hit something with it? Because I found it doesn't do anything to let on it is a Shock weapon until you hit something.
