    cleric 1st lvl spell; command

When i 've cast this spell. i didnt see any effect, even if it success.
In game manual says there are a several command like stop, flee, fall.. so on.
But i cant see any interface for choice.

how to use this spell properly?

The correct way to use the spell is to not memorize it and let it stay in the back of your mind as a useless cantrip that your magic teacher taught you just to get you out of his hair while he was cooking up a batch of love potion number 9. The spell is borked.

Does anyone know why the Command spell does not affect LARGE creatures, like ogres and giants? I don't see this restriction in the spell description, and it doesn't seen to be a 3.0 leftover either. Just wondering...

Perhaps because the spell is language-dependent and if a creature does not understand you/does not speak the same language can ignore the spell.

Maybe because Large creatures are not human/Humanoid creatures.?.(not in the spell description but could be a carry over from 1st/2nd edition)

Thanks for the response, both of you. You're probably right ConjurerDragon, they may have been trying to crudely simulate a language difference restriction by assuming large creatures wouldn't understand you, and most medium creatures would be humanoid.

Yep it is probably looking for "humanoid" in protos, whereas trolls and giants are probably "monsterous" or something.
