Any one ever wonder what the binkw32.dll is or
what it does or how it does it?

some people that know how to write source code dont really know

how to use a DLL until they have studied for at least

3-4 years of programming. then maybe your a genious!

believe me , it is almost an impossiblity to know how right off hand

to use the Binkw32.dll without knowing whats there and how to use it.

to be honest the binkw32 is simple implement once you know what to do with it.

again though Rad games says it takes 1 hour to make,

maybe if they hold you hand and give you the source you need.

it took me 2 days to write and make a Bik player ,

with sounds and it will just loop forever.

    to be continued....
    ......

I have a good binkw32.dll driver I will detail later

Usually a programmer writes code not knowing that he or/she is using

    DLLs that actually run functions.

Rad Video Tools is already freely available and contains a bink player and video converter, unsure why you would need to make your own version.

I found the need to make my own driver

    because then I could control

how , where and what window I play the video in..

also seeing how Bink was used in duke nukem forever

It showed me that I can use bink

to render animated textures on to a 3d model

or any 2 deminsion surface I wanted to

    even the desktop window.
