Sorted out the Orcs at HIckery Branch.
Have the one who lives below to do next.
Will equip party with all the loot and see if the fun begins.

So far so good no lag no jerkstop.

 

I actually I made a post in this thread instead of another thread. That was me saying I messed up.

 

I've done all the marriage counciling and social work in Hommlet.
Hats off to the person who edited the dialogue.

I've done the Arena quest with the last man standing my rogue with 3 hit points finishing off a really big skelington.

Euipped my party with the prize and headed for the moat house.

Sent packing with my tail between my legs, rogue came off the worst from the death rays.

Still no jerk stop or lag.

From the bottom of this page I see Sarah a new single lives 4 miles from me.
Wonder if she knows the Russian woman who replies to letters I haven't sent to her.

 

Hmmm... Finally finished the moat house respond. Had to run away twice, if some ofmy pcs keep getting killed they are going to be level 6 with no experience points.

I've been fishing, done a bit of social work in Nulb.
I'm on the property ladder there and have been told to expect guests.

Visiting the "Big Choich" still no problems with Jerk stop or lag.

Did have a problem with entering the back door of the moat house kept getting a ctd.
Must have been a corrrupt save as has gone away again.

 

Wasn't able to get any game time last weekend, so I am probly behind the other tester's, But I have done emiridy, welkwood, hickory, moathouse and cleared most the first level of the temple and experiienced no jerkstop or lag, as I reported two weeks ago while my charecters were still fairly low level went into the fire temple on level two and though lost the battle had no problems.
Now that my charecters got some more levels in them..I have ran and defeated the salamanders (and whatever those other things are can't remember thier name), in the fire temple twice and no jerkstop or lag. So can't give feedback on the Level 4 temple or nodes or WOTGS yet but IMHO the fire temple on level two seems fine after three battles.

 

I've finished all four of the nodes and only experienced a little bit of lag in the earth node.

The fire node ran so smoothly I forgot I was looking for troubles.

Did guessing you didn't have any problems in the Fire Temple on level 2 either which was also one of the problem areas Gaear mentioned. Only curious because I have seen no one else comment on it and I think it would help confirm it was lag/jerkstop free if at least two people with two different computer/operating systems had no problems. Also since reading the forums it seems alot of people are well along now since 7.4 and have seen no one mention the fire temple, I am also guessing no one else is having issues. I will keep a save right before entering. Just in case I need to go back and check anything that comes up latter.

Of course now that I think about it, I could have gotten to the nodes without doing the temple proper.

I assure you Mr. Shapecharge I shall endeavor to be most dilligent and precise in MY reporting of lag, or the lack of the affore mentioned subject matter.

 

no issue, the only reason I am looking for some kind of confirmation on the Fire Temple on level 2 is that even in previous versions I never had an issue there, so I was kind of surprised when it was on the list of places Gaear put out. So I can't really report a difference since I really can't compare with past problems of my own.

 

What! And there I was doing my best trolling for an arguement.

But yeah, we're not much help if we don't report on what was specified.

 

Cleared out all the temples except the room with salamanders.

Rescued anyone who can be rescued.

Fought the umber hulks then the werejackles.
My still confused rogue went one on one with a were, his first move in the fight being to
drink a potion of reduce person.

Cleared out the area where the vampire/prince is entombed.

No lag or jerkstop.

Dealt with some unwelcomed guests in Nulb.

Moving on to the Main Temple level then the nodes. Looking good so far.
